When Susan isn’t coaching executives, she functions as a board member, advisor, and LP Investor. Susan’s leadership experience and strategic abilities are vast and varied as she has led companies across every different stage of growth and several different Industries. As the Founder and CEO of Waggit, Susan completed a successful exit for the IoT consumer hardware product and b2b SaaS data platform that will forever change pet health. Susan also Founded Kasasa, a B2B SaaS suite of banking products and the first and only consumer facing national brand established in the community-banking marketplace that is still thriving today. Before exiting, Susan grew Kasasa to +$500M and the company was recognized as Austin’s best place to work every year. Prior to her startups, Susan was head of growth at Peet’s Coffee and expanded the business nationally. At Coors, she turned-around Coors Light from a decline into steady share growth delivering $2B in annual revenue and surpassing Miller Light for the #2 share beer with work that was recognized as best-in-class by the Wall Street Journal. Susan also grew several brands and launched new categories during her 8 years in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble.
